Some of our Suppliers

We strongly believe in recycling as much as possible of our waste and we use the local company Bridport tlc

Our range of teas come from Fair Trade accredtied sources and we primarily use Clipper Teas

Although our range of fish on the menu is limited, we use local supplier Daveys Locker

Our range of Coffees comes from the most local roaster we can find and all coffees are Rainforest Alliance approved from Dorset Coffee Company

Our meat comes from local supplier Rawles Butchers. He doesn't have a website at the moment so we can't post am link to him. He does however raise his own pigs for the pork products and is intimately involved with the whole process of production.

All of our herbs, spices and pulses as well as a variety of other products come from our local health food shop Fruits of the Earth

Our bread comes from award winning baker Leakers Bakers. Again, I don't know of a website at the moment, but as soon as we do, it will be added.

Another award winner, this time for their ice cream is Purbeck Ice Cream. Delicious flavours made with local dairy products.

Fruit and vegetables come from Washingpool Farm Shop

We have just appointed Ford Farms as our supplier for Cheddar and Stilton cheese.
